REFUND POLICY:
KEVIN N ANNA does not accept returns on custom orders. Non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. If you would like to make a return, please contact us for further instructions. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

EXCHANGE POLICY:
KEVIN N ANNA accepts exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. If you would like to make an exchange, please contact us for further instructions.

We carefully inspect all jewelry before shipping. However, if an item arrives damaged during delivery, you may return it, and we will reship your item at no additional cost, including return shipping. Please contact us within 2 days of the delivery date.

International Orders:
Please check with your local customs office before placing an order, as KEVIN N ANNA is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply. All international shipments include insurance and tracking for secure delivery.
